Apose, Blackout Concept and UTINAM have chosen to adopt Watch Certificate™ to offer their customers an unrivalled experience.

Apose and Blackout Concept watches, as well as UTINAM clocks, are prized worldwide. Thanks to Watch Certificate™, these brands can now track their creations throughout their lifecycle, and offer services to owners such as insurance, blacklisting in the event of theft, and maintenance documentation.

Indeed Watch Certificate™ simplifies the maintenance of timepieces by providing a precise traceability and archiving tool, guaranteeing rigorous monitoring by their workshops. This system is essential for preserving the quality and longevity of these unique creations.

In addition, Watch Certificate™ offers a certificate guaranteeing authenticity, crucial for Utinam, for example, as each piece is considered a work of art.

By adopting Watch Certificate™, Apose, Blackout Concept and UTINAM have made the best choice for the future of watchmaking, combining tradition and innovation.

‍"Watch Certificate™ is excited to collaborate with these three new manufacturers to offer watch enthusiasts an unparalleled experience, combining the very best in service and security," says Guillaume Kuntz, co-founder of Watch Certificate™.

" Thanks to Watch Certificate™, we offer much more than just a watch. We accompany our customers throughout the life of their timepiece, providing personalized follow-up and services that enrich their experience, simplifying their daily lives as owners of an Apose watch, " says Didier Finck, co-founder of Apose .

" For Blackout Concept, being supported by Watch Certificate™ allows us to pursue our vow to offer personalized advice and follow-up to our customers. The services included add a lot of value to our watches, " testifies Tymothy Plubeau, co-director of Blackout Concept.

"The collaboration with Watch Certificate™ takes our mechanical works of art into a new era, guaranteeing their longevity, tracking and the authenticity of each piece over time. This allows us to stay connected to each of our creations and their owners, wherever they may be in the world," explains Philippe Lebru, creator of UTINAM.

About Apose

Didier Finck, Head of Design, worked for the Swatch Group from 2012 to 2020. He was involved in product design, advertising and digital communications for several of the Group's major brands, including Omega, Longines, Hamilton and Swatch.

Ludovic Zussa, a physicist with expertise in laser technologies and a specialist in watchmaking product innovation, was in charge of technological innovation at Swatch Group from 2010 to 2012 and then led the industrialization strategy for the Pôle Horloger of the Sandoz Foundation. He was mainly involved with prestigious brands such as Parmigiani, Tag Heuer, Zenith and IWC.
In 2018, he joins the Swatch Group again to work closely with Didier Finck's teams to find technical solutions for the production of new Swatch brand creations.

Their complicity and shared passion for innovation led them to create the Apose brand with the firm intention of writing a new page in French watchmaking.

Apose watches are conceived, designed, manufactured and assembled in France. French manufacturing should flourish and shine throughout the world. This conviction is too rarely applied to watchmaking, and made in France is often reduced to the assembly of Asian components.

Apose is engaged in a sensitive battle to entrust its entire production to exceptional French manufacturers, now suppliers to the most prestigious Swiss watch brands, in order to revive the worldwide prestige of French watchmaking.

About Blackout Concept

Blackout Concept is unique on the market.

We are the only manufacturer to believe in combining Asian components with the expertise of our Swiss watchmakers.

For the best of both worlds: beauty, reliability and perfect finish on final delivery, at an affordable price!

Our senior master watchmaker, David, has worked with many well-known manufacturers, from Rolex to Patek Philippe. Now at the head of our watchmaking business as well as an after-sales service company, he is certified by 26 major brands.

The XP1 Tourbillon is the perfect example of this well-oiled mechanism.

Although the components and movement come from Asia. The parts are fully inspected and, if necessary, transformed in our workshops in Switzerland, before being assembled on site.

The result is an exceptional piece, with incredible perceived value and unrivalled finish quality for its price.

About UTINAM

The UTINAM factory is first and foremost a meeting place.

The know-how of the men and women who bring UTINAM's creations and works of mechanical art to life every day.

That of the materials, sounds, shapes and colors that come together in the Bisontin workshop, with the sole ambition of making each UTINAM work of art so singular.

It's about the history of Besançon, the "French watchmaking capital", its past and its future, and today, at the heart of this symbolic site opposite the Musée du Temps, it's designing the watchmaking and mechanical innovations of tomorrow.

That of the complexity and virtuosity of a passionate profession, by discovering, for example, the requirement of the chronometric viper hallmark affixed to some of our watches. And finally, the one that remains to be written between us.
