The activation rate is significantly higher with a Watch Certificate™ because it provides owners with exclusive benefits throughout the life cycle of the watch. It allows for traceability outside of the manufacture's network, and traces all data back to your CRM.
The watch changes owner, are we notified?
All ownership changes are shared with the manufacturer in real-time. In the GDPR framework, the contact details of second-hand owners are displayed to you if they agree to establish a link with the manufacturer - a checkbox to be ticked when registering for a Watch Certificate™. If the owner does not check the box, the manufacturer is notified of the change of ownership but the contact details are hidden.
Where is the data stored? Are they visible on the blockchain?
Data is stored according to best practices in terms of security. The collection of personal data strictly complies with the European GDPR directive. Watch data is made forgery-proof thanks to the blockchain, to which end it is recorded in a transaction, enabling a third party to verify its integrity. Sensitive data (such as the owner's name or serial numbers) are not recorded on the blockchain.

How do I get paid for the clients I bring in?
All you have to do to refer a client is to go to your professional space and enter his email address. You will be able to follow the progress of their subscription. When your customer validates the quote and signs the contract, you will receive your commissions at the beginning of each month.

What is the cost of the service?
The rate varies according to the market value of the watch to be certified. Depending on your monthly needs, volume pricing applies.

What is the difference with third party certificates?
This is the most precise authentication process on the market (53 control points), giving a condition and authenticity score that takes into account all parts of the watch (bezel, crown, hands, dial, movement, etc.). It includes high-definition photos that are accessible to the buyer. We systematically include a check if the watch has been reported stolen, and if not, we provide proof of this in the certificate. It is available from independent or brand-approved watchmakers.
