Delivery

What are the delivery costs?

Shippingwithin Europe is free.
Our orders are shipped by Chronopost for deliveries in France and by FedEx or UPS for deliveries to all other European countries.
Orders to Europe are shipped from our office in Paris, France.

For shipments outside Europe may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment arrives in your country. For more details on customs charges, please consult your own customs authority for import taxes. All customs clearance costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipping details by email.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times run from the confirmation of the order received by e-mail.
Delivery times are on average 3 working days for all orders (72 hours).

Delivery in France and in the Principality of Monaco:
- Chronopost Express: delivery in 2 working days.
- For delivery in Corsica: 2 working days.

Delivery in the United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Denmark, Sweden:
- Fedex Express: delivery within 4 working days following your order.

Is a signature necessary for the delivery of my order?

The recipient's signature is not required upon receipt of your package.

Can you deliver to my hotel?

Yes, to do so, please fill in the name of the hotel before entering yours in the "Full name" field when entering your delivery address.

How do I change the order I just placed?

We invite you to contact our Customer Service as soon as possible by telephone or by e-mail via the "Contact" section.

I just recently arrived home from a long road trip and found that my order was here safe and secure, right on schedule, with a 4 pill "bonus"!

It is possible that your order confirmation will be sent a few minutes after you place your order. Also remember to check your "Spam" box, into which the e-mail may slip depending on your e-mail settings. If you have not received an email, please contact Customer Service.

Withdrawal at the watchmaker's

Can I collect my order from a watchmaker?

You can pick up the Watch Certificate™ ordered on the Watchcertificate.com website from the watchmaker. This service is only available at certain watchmakers.

You will receive an e-mail or a call from Customer Service to offer you this withdrawal method if it is available for your order.

You must have the following in hand:
- the e-mail confirming the availability of your order (printed or on your phone screen)
- proof of identity.

Can I designate another person to collect my order from the watchmaker?

The collection of your order at the watchmaker's is also the moment when the watchmaker will carry out the inspection of your watch. Your presence in person is therefore necessary to establish the certificate in your name at the partner watchmaker.

When will my order be available in the store?

You will receive an e-mail to confirm the availability of your order in the store.

Payment

What payment methods are accepted on the Watchcertificate.com website?

You can only pay for your purchases by credit or bank card: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, JCB®, UnionPay®.
You will have to indicate your credit or bank card number as well as its expiry date and the cryptogram on the page provided for this purpose.

Payment by Paypal is authorised throughout Europe.

Is my payment secure?

All transactions made on the Hermes.com website are secure. The presence of a padlock next to the address of the page beginning with "https" indicates that you are in a secure environment.

Thanks to the 3DSecure system, the security of payments made with Visa® and Mastercard® is reinforced by the payment methods "Verified by Visa®" and "MasterCard® SecureCode".

In addition, TRADEE SAS has implemented security measures to protect the personal information you provide against unauthorized access and use.

Do you accept international payment cards?

We accept international credit cards, however, when you place your order, you must enter your international billing address which is linked to your credit card.

When will my credit card be charged?

Cards are not debited until the order has been validated. However, it is possible that part of the amount may be displayed as reserved as soon as the order is placed.

Returns and Exchanges

How do I return or exchange an item purchased on the Watchcertificate.com website?

You may return, for an exchange or refund, any product ordered on the Watchcertificate.com website within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery. Returned products must be accompanied by their purchase invoice or a copy in the case of a partial return.

If the items have been offered to you, you only have the option of exchanging them for items of the same value.
Please contact our Customer Service department who will e-mail you the prepaid return label.

The following conditions apply for returns:
- the return must be made before the certificate is generated by the watchmaker;
- the product must not be opened and must be returned in its original packaging;

HOW TO MAKE YOUR RETURN?
Contact Customer Service by phone or by e-mail via the "Contact" section and ask for an exchange or a refund, specifying the number of items and the reason for your return.

How soon will I be reimbursed?

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. Your refund will be processed within 15 business days of receipt of your return at our office.
